You worked with one of my managers to setup a party in my home on Friday night. I am writing to tell you that is was one of the best catering experience I've ever had. The food and presentation were terrific. My experience in the past has been bombarded with questions by workers - where is this and that - how-why=where-when? Your people were nothing less then professional. Came in, took over, did, and left as if nobody had been in my house. It was amazing. The Chef (Lionel) was most accommodating, as were Heath, and the other bartender/server, whose name I can't remember. We've long been fans of Marmalade. We eat at the Sherman Oaks location with great frequency, often once a week or more. As a business owner, I know that we all hear about when things go wrong, but it always tickles me to know when things go right, and REALLY right! My thanks to you. You will hear from me again very soon.I also referred a close friend who was not at the party on Friday, but was looking for someone to do a party for him. I'm sure he's already contacted you. I'll be in touch about a fundraiser I'll be doing at my home in early December which will need to be catered as well. Thanks again.

I just wanted to let you know we were exceptionally happy with how everything went last night. The food was really fantastic - everybody raved. And Heath and Grant were wonderful - so on-top-of-things and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We can't wait to have them back for our next party! Oh, and all the table covering colors looked so festive, and the white chairs looked just right, and the heaters kept us all comfy. You were so patient and thorough with all of the details - thank you so much. I can't remember the last time I relaxed and enjoyed one of my own parties.
